Hi, I’m Kalai :)

I’m a communications and marketing professional with expertise in creativity, design, and project management. Driven by a passion for connecting with people, I excel in marketing, event planning, and visual storytelling, leading initiatives that not only bring brands to life but also resonate with their audiences. As the Marketing Manager for the National Flood and Fire Network, I oversaw everything from website design and brand management to organizing impactful events, such as the benefit fundraiser that raised over $11,000 for the University of Utah Burn Camp.

I have a diverse skill set that includes proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, and Squarespace. My experience extends into film production and video editing, where I’ve worked on various film projects like Book of Mormon Season 5 as a production assistant. Whether it's crafting compelling video content, leading a marketing campaign, or planning an event, I bring creativity and insight to every project.

In addition to my technical skills, I’m a strong communicator and team leader with a focus on delivering impactful results that resonate and connect with people. In my free time, I love exploring new movies and TV shows, and I have a particular fondness for sci-fi and anime. I also enjoy experimenting with fashion design and other forms of art, as well as learning how to become a plant mom.
