America’s Real Deal S2, 2024 | VIP Sponsor Dinner

November 14th - 15th, 2024

As an Events Production Assistant, I designed and executed VIP dinner events for potential sponsors, managing everything from planning to setup. Given a theme, a budget, and a space, I sourced supplies, rented furniture, and utilized existing materials to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere for approximately 50 guests each night. I handled purchasing, decorating, and floral arrangements while refining my skills in event planning, interior design, and spatial aesthetics. This experience strengthened my ability to transform a vision into a memorable event in just a few days.

Continuing Education Courses for Insurance Professionals

October 19, 2022: Disaster Response and Preparedness with Utah Task Force One | March 20, 2023: Ethics in Insurance from an Attorney’s Perspective | September 20, 2023: Fire Investigation with Utah State Fire Marshals

At National Flood and Fire Network, I planned and executed continuing education (CE) classes for insurance professionals, helping them meet licensing renewal requirements while fostering industry connections. I developed course topics, secured speakers, and ensured each class fulfilled CE credit criteria. We hosted quarterly in-person events, partnering with organizations such as Utah Task Force One, WCF attorneys, and the Utah State Fire Marshals to provide valuable industry insights, as well as interesting and engaging lessons. To maximize attendance, I led marketing efforts across social media (Facebook and LinkedIn), email, and direct mail, while coordinating outreach with our sales team. With an average attendance of more than 50 professionals per event, these classes strengthened industry relationships and positioned National Flood and Fire Network as a trusted partner in continuing education.
